Executive Chef and Restaurateur Chef Anne-Sophie Pic is currently the sole female chef holding 3 Michelin stars. She comes from an impressive culinary lineage, with her grandfather also being awarded 3 Michelin stars for his restaurant Maison de Pic in Valence, South Eastern France, in 1934, followed by her father succeeding him and earning the same honor.
Anne-Sophie’s style is revealed not via individual dishes, but in her overall imaginative approach to cooking. Her experimentation with undervalued ingredients like beetroot, turnip and cabbage, and innovative flavor combinations has lead to some truly memorable dishes.
The restaurant’s sommelier, Jan Konetzki, has had a distinguished career. Previously at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, he moved to La Dame de Pic, working across all three dining outlets at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. He has been recognized at a number of restaurant awards globally including the UK Sommelier of the Year 2018. The wine list is described by judge Alder Yarrow as a ‘fantastic, curated selection with a number of wonderful surprises’.
