In response to the UK Government’s guidelines on the re-opening of outdoor hospitality venues, Coates & Seely has released details of socially distanced private tours of its vineyards and winery in Hampshire.
The private tours for up to 12 people will include curated tastings of the sparkling wines with food pairings made from locally sourced ingredients, followed by lunch or dinner, prepared by in-house chefs and served under Indian Mughal tents on the lawns of Grade II-listed Northington House, overlooking the River Test.
The company has also produced a video illustrating the social-distancing protocols to be followed during the private tours.
Nicholas Coates and Christian Seely, co-founders of Coates & Seely, commented: “With Government guidelines now supporting the controlled re-opening of outdoor hospitality, we are delighted to be able to offer our private tours, which we hope will make up in some part for the lost, but essential, life pleasures of eating and drinking in beautiful surroundings, and in fine company. At the same time, the social-distancing protocols we have introduced should allow our guests to feel fully comfortable within their environment while remaining compliant with relevant guidelines.”
